01 Free Shipping

All orders ship free of charge within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.

02 Processing Schedule & Same-Day Cutoff

Chameleon fulfills orders 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days usually ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on Sundays, or on postal/carrier holidays will process during the next available fulfillment window.

03 Delivery Timeframe & Carriers

Orders are dispatched via UPS, USPS, or major regional express carriers at our discretion based on destination and delivery reliability:

• East Coast & Long Distance: Normally ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
• Local & Regional: Ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your package is scanned by the carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

04 Shipping Area

We ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

05 Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with no external product names, chemical descriptions, or category references. Your privacy and product protection are our highest priorities.

06 Tracking Your Order

An automated tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your shipping label is generated and scanned. You can also check real-time order status by logging into your account on our website.

07 Resolving Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

• Check with household members, building managers, or neighbors.
• Check secondary delivery areas (porch, side door, parcel locker, mailbox).
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
• Reach out to our customer support team if you require further assistance.

08 Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, notify support as quickly as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.

09 Temperature-Sensitive Handling

Lyophilized research materials are highly stable during standard domestic transit. Upon receipt, bring your package indoors promptly and adhere to recommended laboratory storage SOPs. Optional cold packaging may be selected at checkout for added protection.
