Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 All Sales Final Policy

Due to strict quality control, cold-chain integrity, and contamination protocols required for research-grade peptides, all sales are final. Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot accept returns or restock returned materials.

02 Eligible Exceptions for Refund or Replacement

While sales are generally final, we provide full replacements or refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or compromised, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the package and items.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a immediate replacement.
• Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier prior to delivery scan, a free replacement shipment will be dispatched.

03 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and fulfilled quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer support immediately.

04 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or ACH Bank Transfer) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing timeline.
