Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about third-party testing, COA verification, shipping, ordering, cart rewards, and research-use-only policies at Chameleon Peptides.

Ordering, Shipping & Policies

Everything you need to know about placing an order and receiving your shipment.

How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Chameleon fulfills orders 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday).

Are your peptides tested?

Yes. All documented batches are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. BatchTrace: scan the QR code on your vial to match the batch code and view verified lab reports in our COA & Batch Verification Ledger.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific usually ship the same day. East Coast and long-distance orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air; other orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Tracking is emailed automatically upon dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout options include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH/eCheck bank transfers via Plaid. If you have any checkout questions, contact support directly at info@chameleonspeptides.com.

How do free cart bonuses work?

Cart rewards unlock dynamically by subtotal: $100 unlocks 1 free 10mL research fluid; $250 unlocks 1 eligible peptide under $75; $375 unlocks an extra fluid; and $500 unlocks a premium peptide under $120. Select unlocked items in the cart panel.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with no product names or descriptions on the exterior. (Includes a subtle chameleon sticker, but zero product references).

What is your refund policy?

If you need a refund, replacement, reship, or credit for any reason, contact support directly with your order number. We personally review and resolve every request: info@chameleonspeptides.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is currently not available.

How do I contact support?

Email info@chameleonspeptides.com or use the 24/7 AI chat widget. Include your order number for fast assistance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an automated tracking link by email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Quality & Sourcing Standards

How we source, verify, and maintain compound integrity behind every vial.

What are research peptides?

Synthetic amino acid chains utilized in laboratory and preclinical research for studying biological pathways, receptor signaling, and tissue biology. All products are strictly for research use only.

How do I verify purity?

Batches are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. Reports cover HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, measured mass, endotoxin, and heavy metals. Verify records on our COA Ledger or via Janoshik’s lab verification domain.

How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilized research materials should be kept sealed, protected from light and moisture, and stored in a cold environment according to standard laboratory SOPs and batch documentation.

Where are your peptides sourced?

We partner with ISO 9001 certified manufacturers. Every incoming lot undergoes independent verification by Janoshik Analytical before being released into inventory.

Research Compounds & Analytical Science

Technical specifications and analytical methods for educational reference.

What is GLP-1S?
GLP-1S is a GLP-1 receptor agonist reference material used in laboratory research studying receptor kinetics and metabolic pathways. CAS: 910463-68-2.
What is GLP-1T?
GLP-1T is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist reference material utilized in preclinical incretin pathway research. CAS: 2023788-19-2.
What is GLP-3R?
GLP-3R is a triple receptor agonist compound targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptor signaling in laboratory settings. CAS: 2381089-83-2.
What is BPC-157?
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide reference material (CAS: 137525-51-0) listed strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical verification.
What is HPLC purity testing?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) separates and quantifies compounds in a mixture to calculate target peptide purity relative to minor synthesis byproducts.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is an independent lab certificate documenting specific test parameters (identity, purity, quantity, endotoxin) for a specific lot or batch.
What is mass spectrometry?
Mass spectrometry confirms compound identity by determining exact molecular mass to verify that the target amino acid sequence was correctly synthesized.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research Use Only (RUO) specifies that compounds are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory evaluation, analytical testing, and educational research. RUO compounds are not evaluated by the FDA for human or clinical use.
